JOB PROFILE: Talent Acquisition Manager

JOB LOCATION: Carrollton, TX / Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 WFH)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) plays a vital role in ViaPlus by spearheading the acquisition of top talent to drive the company's growth. The TAM is tasked with refining and executing recruitment strategies in alignment with company goals and values, serving as a key influencer in fostering a vibrant organizational culture. With oversight of all recruitment endeavors within VINCI Highways Mobility Solutions affiliated companies, this role focuses on optimizing processes and enhancing recruitment practices. As a cultural steward, the TAM is dedicated to identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent to propel ViaPlus forward.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth aims.
  • Oversees all full-cycle hiring efforts, including recruitment strategy, creation of pipeline, job advertisements, resume screening, scheduling of candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers
  • Ensure that all external and internal job applicants have the best experience possible and receive timely updates
  • Provide support in the compensation area by developing and maintaining companywide job descriptions, producing, and analyzing ongoing market salary data to ensure a competitive and fair salary strategy
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide the best recruitment experience possible
  • Implement innovative recruitment practices and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Serve as a company ambassador at recruitment fairs, industry trade shows, and other opportunities
  • Track and report monthly on HR metrics, such as interviews, new hires, training hours, and turnover statistics
  • Collaborate with HR leaders with performance reviews, including people talent review, performance and development goal setting, and equipping leaders to engage in meaningful, on-going performance conversations
  • Present regular reports to appropriate leadership to communicate key performance indicators, strategic sourcing efforts, and intel on benefits and wage information
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in HR projects and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Effective project management skills, including ability to manage details and work under established deadlines
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure
  • Ability to interact with external parties and vendors with confidence and clarity as a representative of the organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership (from frontline employees to senior executives), as well as facilitate discussions on various leadership-related subject matter
  • High level of initiative and comfort working autonomously
  • Must be able to multitask, problem solve, and implement innovative processes within a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in work product; a strong focus on being detail-oriented is a must.
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other PC-based programs
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS is required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Six (6) years of experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources
  • Heavy recruiting experience in technical and professional level positions required
  • Experience working with leaders and executives in full-cycle talent management processes, including culture, inclusion, performance management, talent review, development planning, and succession planning
  • Experience leveraging technology to deploy high-impact development experiences.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and personnel laws
