JOB PROFILE: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
JOB LOCATION: Anaheim, CA (On-site)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This position will provide primary Human Resources support to the CA Project site
- Tracks Performance evaluations
- Works with the Director, Human Resources, employees, and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
- Coordinate and set up training with vendors and staff (SH training etc.)
- Manages benefits administration to include enrollments, claims resolution, changes, and terminations.
- Reconciles benefits statements
- Assists with open enrollment including answering employee questions, preparing documentation, and distribution
- Recruitment: posting, screening, backgrounds
- Manages job postings and update job descriptions
- Tracks and reviews all pre-employment and new-hire documentation for accuracy and completion
- Conducts new hire orientations
- Manages all new hire processes
- Helps coordinate the use of temporary employees
- Verifies I-9 documentation and tracks and ensures All I-9s are current.
- Conducts employee investigations and performs terminations
- Provides coaching to managers and provides guidance on disciplinary actions
- Administers COBRA
- Manages worker’s compensation claims.
- Manages Leaves of absence, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, etc., tracking and sending timely notices
- Prepares analysis and reports as needed
- Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations
- Special assignments as assigned
- Must assist and provide backup for all Director of Human Resources duties with the direction of Executive Management
- Reviews/inputs time cards and payroll records
- Liaison between payroll and employees
- Coordinates employee events
- Manages Awards programs
- Employment verifications
- Unemployment claims
- Works with the Director, Human Resources, employees, and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Experience with California law required.
- 2-4 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting Call Center environment preferred.
- Weekly travel between Anaheim and Corona offices required.
